Tight, nervy and edgy. The peachy nose is not pulpy or fleshy, but more like peach skin, with bite and tang. The palate is not honeyed and oaky, but high tensile and lime juicy. An original wine with a unique flavour.
Shotbull has exceptional colour. Lucious and concentrated it displays raspberry and redcurrent aromas over clove and white pepper. Hints of chocolate from French oak underly. The palate is opulent but controlled. Fine grain tannins coupled with fruit sweetness and a touch of warmth from alcohol deliver a complex and elegant wine.
eep red with purple hues. It displays black berry fruit and raspberry aromas. Fruit dominant, the palate is full bodied yet restrained. Oak is supportive rather than dominant. Hints of spice and warmth from alcohol give great length.
The nose and palate are shocking, loud and a tad brash initially, but mellow with blueberry and plum nuances permeating every taste bud. It drinks like a white wine, but tastes like a red and this is a key skill for a genuinely talented rose. You can drink this with almost every dish imaginable.
