The crisp clean wine of  pale golden colour has lots of fresh citrus and tropical fruit characters on the nose.     The fruit characteristics are  intensified on the palate, with peachy melon flavours which have been captured by our winemaker.  This wine is ready for your enjoyment and is best  served chilled.  

The wine has a medium deep colour exhibiting a purple hue, the nose gives cinnamon spice and coconut oak with lifted  aromas of black currant  and raspberry.   The palate reveals sweet berry and plum flavours giving over to some coffee  characters and finishing with some early tannins. PJ&s Shiraz has all the elements of a quality wine & the presence and power of varietal fruit flavours combined with palate weight to provide depth and length of flavour.  The  Shiraz  is a very dark garnet colour. Aromas of red berries and plums with hints of varietal pepper make up this complex bouquet.  The palate is well structured with rich sweet berries and plum fruit, integrated with fine tannins making this a rich full bodied wine.  Ready to drink now this wine will show development with aging in the bottle over the next  five years.
